-The number of new listings that came on the market in November 2018 was 5,376. This is an increase of 5.2% from Nov 2017.

-The total number of listings on the market was at 27,769, which is a decrease of 13.3% from Nov 2017.

-Months of inventory fell by .5% this month compared to a year ago, while average days on the market also fell to 97 days compared to 108 in Nov 2017.
