June 2007 – December 2010: Realtor – Keller Williams Realty – The Marketplace, Las Vegas, NV: In 2009 awarded the Top Individual Agent for the most closed production. Also in 2009, achieved the Eagle Recognition Award for being in top 200 of closed Gross Commission Income (GCI) for the Keller Williams Realty Southwest Region.
February 2005 – May 2007: Chase International Real Estate Branch Manager, Reno, NV: Recruit, lead, and grew new luxury real estate office. Developed all portions of the office environment concurrently, which included: location, contracts, technology, furniture, equipment, and staff. Expanded relationships with new organizations and realtors within Reno to promote new office. Consistently grew organization through recruitment methods. August 2003 – January 2005: Coldwell Banker Village Realty Branch Manager/Realtor, Reno, NV: Turned struggling office into a profitable one, by growing organization through recruiting systems and management methods which included training on a macro level and individually coaching agents on a one-on-one basis.
September 2001 – July 2003: Prudential California Real Estate Branch Manager, Elk Grove, CA: Recruit, lead, and grew real estate office environment. Launched a new office in January 2002 starting from zero agents and grew the office to over 94 experienced and newly licensed real estate agents within the first year of operation. Consistently the number one recruiting manager out of company that has 127 offices and over 3,200 sales associates. Lead the company in retention of current agents hired.

In 1998, closed over 2 million in the first eight months. Rising Star Award out of an office of over 150 agents. In 1999, emerged as the number one agent from an office of over 40 agents.
May 1995 – January 1998: Cellular Plus Inc. (Owner), Stevens Point, WI: Managed company that served an eight-county area in the Central Wisconsin market. Averaged over 200-300 new activation’s per month.
